Help me settle a debate! Where do you store mayo after it’s been opened? Fridge or cupboard? For me it seems quite obvious that mayo needs to be refrigerated if opened (since its made of raw egg), but my friend swears it doesn’t and it’s okay to keep it in a cupboard.
I’m just curious to figure out which one of us is the weirdo!
