Today is my birthday and every year I book it off work even though I never really do anything until the evening when I go out for a meal.

When I talk to people at work or my friends they only seem to book days off if they have plans. Sometimes I’ll book a week off if I have holidays left and do nothing but laze around in my pyjamas all week reading a book or bingeing tv.
