I just moved into this place and it’s definitely not clean but I’m mostly worried about it being unsafe. I’ve seen lots of bubbling and peeling wallpaper across the house as well as heavy amounts of mould build up. I only just moved in yesterday, my landlord said it’s build up just do to the cold weather but I’m worried there’s a major damp issue. They also didn’t apologise for the state the property is in for us moving in and I’m getting major red flags. Any advice would be amazing
